1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Clickaboo ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.

2. Subscription & Licensing

Free Mode: "Smash Mode" is completely free and requires no registration.
Pro Modes: Access to "ABC", "123", "Shapes", and "Colors" requires an active subscription or a trial period.
Device Limits: Each Pro subscription includes a license valid for up to 3 parallel devices per household. You can manage and remove devices through your management dashboard.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the management dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

3. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

Your license key is for personal, household use only. Sharing your license key publicly or attempting to bypass, hack, or reverse-engineer our licensing server will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, animations, sound effects, and voice recordings within Clickaboo are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. You may not extract or reuse these assets outside of the Clickaboo app.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
